What identification do I need?

All clients must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of service: driver’s license, state ID, or passport. Photocopies and digital photos are not accepted.

Do you accept walk-ins?

No — we are appointment-only. We are a mobile service and travel to your location across Dallas–Fort Worth. Use the Book Appointment button to schedule.

How long does an appointment take?

Most fingerprinting sessions take 10–15 minutes. Please allow extra time if you combine services (notary, extra forms).

How does payment work?

Payments must be completed within 2 hours of booking unless you arrange an alternative with a DTX agent. If an arrangement is made, payment still must be completed prior to service. We cannot render service without full payment.

What is your cancellation & reschedule policy?

Cancel at least 12 hours before the appointment for a refund. Client-requested reschedules incur a $60 fee. If a technician misses the appointment, no reschedule fee is applied.

What if I'm late?

You have a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes we charge $15 + $2 per minute. If you are still not ready at 20 minutes, the technician may leave and no refund will be issued.

What if my fingerprint card is rejected?

If the FD-258 is rejected, we provide one complimentary reprint if the original appointment was within 30 days. Travel & processing fees apply if location is 30+ minutes from our office.
